Returns

You have always the right to return the articles for any reason, within 14 days.

To return your online order, please follow the instruction below:

Send an email to comunello00@libero.it or call the customer service at this number 0424 568147, stating your will to return the item or to substitute its size or colour.

Pack the item in the original box, or in a suitable packaging with the same characteristics and dimension.

Write the following address on the packaging:

Your item will be picked up and returned to us by a GLS courier.
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll proceed with the refunding. In case of substitution of the article, please return the item to the GLS courier when you receive the substituted article.

Remember that returns will be accepted only if:

• Articles have not been in any way washed or used.
• Articles still have the original tag and their condition is identical to their original one.
• Articles are complete (for example, in case of items sold in pairs, both parts must be returned).
